Covering an area of 600 acre,
s has a total floorage of 480,000 square meters. With a overall
investment of 1 billion, it will be developed in three phases. The
first one covers an area of 83 acre with a floorage of 85,000 square
meters and an investment of nearly 200million. Altogether there
are 15 buildings, one of which has 12 stories and the rest ranging
from 2 to 6 floors mainly with 5 floors. The 2nd floor
and above are business offices with the area ranging from 150 to
260 square meters. The first floor featuring stores with big window
display and framework. They can be freely divided and the smallest
unit takes 23.4 square meters.
Layout inside the city
With the Central Square and sightseeing
road as the main axis line, the buildings in SIPPC are distributed
in the shape of a fan. The roads are radiating to every corner.
The pavement is 10 meters in width, the vehicle way 15 meters and
the business streets 13-15meters. All roads are interconnected.
For the purpose of separating people and cars, there are 7 entrances
and exits including front gate entrance, Zhangnan Road entrance,
Jinchang Road Central entrance, Sea gull Plaza entrance, Qilianshan
entrance, Jinchang Road West entrance, Jinchang Road East entrance.
Supporting facilities
In
the light of different functions, 12 functional centers will be
set up in SIPPC. At the same time, as one CBD, SIPPC also boasts
shopping center, recreation center and catering center with a parking
capacity of 500 cars. It is equipped with advanced multi-functional
intelligent security system, exterior infrared theft-proof system,
US electronic patrol system, cross building walkie-talkie system
and broadband Internet service system. All this contributes to the
safety and efficiency of our proprietors.
