9. SJTU cooperated with SIPPC.

School of media and design of SJTU and SIPPC held a grand signature ceremony at Shanghai JiangSu Hotel in the afternoon of 14th Aug, 2003. Both of two sides reached a lot of cooperation purpose on establishment in packaging design cooperation, to build together the base of reach and development, sending talents, to hold international packaging design Award, to build a forum on international packaging and printing.
Prof. JiangHong, the vice-dean of managing, school of media and design of SJTU and QianChengxi, chairman of SIPPC represented separately for them own University and company to sign the contract. There are some other leaders are attended on the ceremony: Gu Huizhong, the deputy-dean and some famous professors of the school and the senior level of SIPPC. The ceremony was hosted by Cai Rongpan, the chief inspector of sales of SIPPC.
The cooperation of SJTU and SIPPC caused the media in Shanghai to pay close attention to, Reports from about ten media gathered on the ceremony. They are: JieFang Daily, XingMing Evenings, Shanghai Morning Post, Shanghai Daily, Shanghai Economy, Shanghai Science & Technology, STV, etc.
Chinese Packaging paied highly attention on the event, and they carried on interviewed and followed on the whole journey.
