12. Zhong Shan, vice governor of Zhejiang Province has met Qian Chengxi the chairman of SIPPC.

The 6th conference of Zhejiang Business Association of Shanghai was held in Frendship Venue of Shanghai Exhibition Center at Sep. 26, 2003. Qian Chengxi presented at it and was elected as vice-president of the ZBA of Shanghai. Soon after, Governor Zhong Shang met Qian Chenxi the chairman of SIPPC and had a cordial talk.
