1.SIPPC held a ceremony to celebrate the structure topping of the project

On 9:30 AM on Jan. 12, 2003, SIPPC held its grand structure topping ceremony at the construction site.
Leaders attending the ceremony are : Han Jiazeng, First vice president of CPTA, Qian jin, vice president & secretary general of CPTA, Hu Yanzhao, vice secretary general of party committee of Shanghai, Yu Guosheng, deputy managing director of Shanghai Economic Committee, Liu Jipan, honorable director of Shanghai-based Wenzhou companies association, former vice commander of East Sea Armada, Zhou Guoxiong, secretary of party committee of Putuo district, Hu Bingzhong, acting district head of Putuo, Bao Jianqiang, vice district head of Putuo, Lu Yebo, vice executive director of SHPTA, former deputy director of Shanghai Scientific and technological committee, Xia Side, secretary general of party committee of Taopu Town and Ma Lesheng, the town head of Taopu.
